• 1998 internship at trade fair department of the German Chamber of Commerce Abroad in Brussels (3 months)
• Several shorter stays abroad (language course in Spain, Workcamp in Mexico, host family stays in France and USA)
• 2000 Team Assistant at Ford Program Office of the software provider SDRC GmbH (office and team organisation, design/implementation of project reporting system, 10 months)

Hobby horses

• Working with databases and knowledge management in interpreting since the mid-90s
